Early War FoW-Barbarossa 1941
Dallas Thursday Night Irregulars
We played an Early War Russians
vs. Germans on Saturday.

Available table space was 16x6.  We
decided to only use 12x6 since we
only had 5 players.  We played 2500
points each.  A smaller game but fun
none the less.

Tony played his newly completed
Strelkovaya with some KV2s.  Steve
played his Strelkovaya with T34s and
T60s.  Steve needs to learn to count
stands.

Stewart and Kyle played
PandaGrenadiers with the tardy Scott
White bringing in a Panzerkompanie.

Tony and Stewart fought tooth and
nail for the village and the
crossroads  The game was fast but
went down to the wire as only Early
War games do.

Early war is my favorite period....if
you're not playing Early War...you
need to!

August 13th is our next Early War
game.  John Anheiser is coming up
from Austin.  He and Steve Bidwell
have painted loads of cavalry!  I
won't get to touch any of them but am
looking foward to a great mobile
game!
